Kansaranat Pear Nerngchamnong was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. She received a BFA in Film and Television at Savannah College of Art and Design. Prior joining Parsons The New School for a master degree in Strategic Design and Management, she worked in the field of film production, as well as event management. Her interests and curiorsities revolves around service design, experience and social innovation, films and sound design, gummy bears, and human interaction.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
For the Managing Creative Project and Team class at Parsons, our team collaborated with a New York-based bakery that sells a Peruvian version of Alfajores, a traditional South American dessert. Our goal is to help increase market presence for the bakery, as well as to increase consumers' awareness on the dessert.

OUTCOME
We proposed the solution that focuses on their wholesale distribution channel. An additional page extended from their current website will be a collaboration page between coffee shops and the bakery. This online page will allow coffee shops (or another wholesale purchaser) to customise their products and tailor it to fit with their coffee shop identity. This customisation page will serve as a hub for flavor innovation and also an all-in-one source for coffee shops to track and fulfill their order.
With the customisation page for wholesale, the bakery will receive more market presence through the network of coffee shops, as well as use the data to help improve their product offering.
