Kansaranat Pear Nerngchamnong was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. She received a BFA in Film and Television at Savannah College of Art and Design. Prior joining Parsons The New School for a master degree in Strategic Design and Management, she worked in the field of film production, as well as event management. Her interests and curiorsities revolves around service design, experience and social innovation, films and sound design, gummy bears, and human interaction.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The hospitality industry, especially in the nightlife business, is one of a very challenging field due to many rising competitors. Nightclub business tends to have short lifespans with a constant emerge of a new venue while old venue closes down.
This analysis focuses on a long-standing night club in Manhattan that remains open for over ten years with its reputation as a household name in the nightlife industry, and how can the nightclub continue to stay at the top of the nightlife scene in New York.
OUTCOME
This case study analyses the history of the famous nightclub in Manhattan from how it started up until their recent renovations, long term and short term potentials, risks, as well as provide recommendations on ways the nightclub can evolve into in order innovate before getting disrupted by a new generation of nightlife businesses.
